Xiaomi has just confirmed – via teaser posters – the design and specs of their upcoming midranger, the Xiaomi Civi.

The company confirms many of the things we wrote about in our previous report  – the phone sports a familiar design, something akin to the vivo X60 Pro; the device is 6.98mm thin and weighs just 166g, making it one of the more portable phones around.

Under the hood, Xiaomi also confirms that the phone packs a Snapdragon 778G chipset along with a 4,500mAh battery.

Xiaomi also divulged some of the phone’s new beautification features that uses AI to preserve the natural skin texture while also reconstructing the subject’s facial features on the pixel level. We suppose the idea here is to offer a more realistic beautification system.

Other than that, although not confirmed, we can also assume that the Civi will come with a 6.55-inch FHD+ 120Hz display with 55W of fast charging, and up to 256GB of storage.

The Xiaomi Civi will launch in its native China later at 2PM, so stay tuned on our website as we bring you more updates.
