One of the changes comes in the form of a redesigned notification center which will split notifications into sections of their own, making it easier to see the notifications of a particular app without scanning through the wall of text. Next, is probably a feature that will be really helpful to those of us that frequent to the same website every day, you will be able to pin websites to the taskbar which will open up in Microsoft Edge. Cortana is also getting an update where the assistant can prompt reminders based on scanning images for events and stylus users can circle content to create reminders.

The biggest update comes directed at stylus support where the writing panel can support more gestures, better editing, emoji, and automatic handwriting detection. Handwritten text can be easily edited by strikethrough, scratch, joining or splitting the text using gestures

Lastly, is the addition of emoji panel inside email or social media messages, where hitting the Winkey and period/semicolon key will trigger the emoji panel. Microsoft is also updating the touch keyboard to support prediction, emoji suggestions, one-handed input, and shape drawing with your fingers or a stylus and dictation has also been added to the keyboard.
