vivo has been adding a lot of smartphones to their Y series – first with the Y20T in October, then the Y15s earlier this month, and now they have launched the Y76s 5G in its native China.
This smartphone comes with a 6.58-inch FHD+ LCD, and a 60Hz refresh rate. The device has an aspect ratio of 20:9, a 180Hz touch sampling rate, and a resolution of 2408 x 1080p. Meanwhile, the back panel features a dual-camera setup, with a 5MP main lens, and a 2MP macro shooter. The front camera uses an 8MP selfie camera.
The vivo Y76s 5G uses a Dimensity 810 chip, and has 8GB of RAM onboard, which can be expanded up to 12GB. It also has 128GB or 256GB of storage options, which are expandable up to 1TB via a microSD card. This is all being powered by a 4,100 mAh battery that supports 44W fast charging.
Other features include 5G connectivity, a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, a 5-layer liquid cooling system, USB-C, and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
Currently, the vivo y76s 5G is only available in China and is available in white, black, and blue. The base model with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage will be priced at CNY1,799 (approximately RM1,168), while the 8GB RAM and 256GB storage model will be priced at CNY1,999 (approximately RM 1,298). There has been no information shared about the device launching globally, but it is expected to launch soon, so keep your eyes peeled.
