The vivo X30 could be coming to Malaysia soon – adding to the small number of 5G-enabled smartphones coming to the country.
In press release shared with us by the Malaysian vivo PR arm, it mentions that vivo’s first 5G smartphone will indeed be the X30 as we already know; and it’ll be arriving this December. The phone will be powered by Samsung’s Exynos 980 chipset, which was jointly developed by vivo.
We don’t have more official info about the phone yet, but rumour has it that it’ll be a 6.5-inch device that sport a 90Hz panel. It’ll come with 8GB RAM and 256GB internal storage.
It’ll also be powered by a sizeable 4,500mAh battery that supports up to 30W fast charging. For imaging, it’ll have a quad camera setup (64MP + 13MP + 8MP + 2MP) as well as a 32MP selfie shooter.
What should really excite you is the fact that the vivo X30 will be an affordable 5G smartphone – and this could open the flood gates for more of the sort to hit Malaysian markets soon.
