With Yes 4G LTE coming in officially end of this month, it would seem that the aggressive orange telco isn’t sitting on its laurels to see its new competitor catching up its game. According to report by our friends at Lowyat.NET, U Mobile seems to be ready to launch the P98 Postpaid plan that offers 30GB of data and unlimited free calls for a monthly fee of RM98, this is a significant step up from the current flagship P70 plan, which offers 15GB of data till the end of this year with unlimited calls. Despite offering more data, you will still need to pay for sending text messages similar to the P70 plan, while you are also able to enjoy other benefits of P70 such as VideoOnz unlimited video streaming and Data Backpack unlimited roaming.
We should expect U Mobile to launch its postpaid plan really soon and most probably on the day after YTL Communications launches its 4G LTE service, the telco war is sure heating up again, lets see what Yes 4G LTE and U Mobile will have on their end soon.
