THUNDEROBOT, a new gaming brand to enter Malaysia this 17th January

This is a refresher, as it isn’t a new smartphone brand entering the Malaysian market, what we are expecting to see really soon is the entrance of THUNDEROBOT, a Chinese gaming brand that manufactures gaming laptops and peripherals, the company has sent a media invite early this week, and teased two laptop models on its official Facebook page, hence we should see some interesting competition in the gaming scene this year.

For starters, THUNDEROBOT is the gaming brand under the Haier group of companies, as Haier also manufactures consumer laptops back in China, THUNDEROBOT is literally like a sub brand that is similar to ASUS’ Republic of Gamers and Lenovo’s LEGION. The company’s gaming laptops focuses a lot on hardware design, and like other gaming laptops, performance is definitely a key feature. As for now, we are assuming four gaming laptops will be unveiled during the launch, which is the 911SE, 911GT, ST Plus and DINO, the company has already listed them over at its official store in Lazada with prices, starting from RM4,499 up to RM8,899, but you still can’t buy them now.

The company’s official English website isn’t filled with details but if you do understand Mandarin or care to do a little translation, you could head on over to the company’s Chinese website at www.leishen.cn for more details on what the company has to offer.
