ZMI, a company that is part of the Xiaomi ecosystem, has launched a crowdfunding program for its first phone device, the ZMI Z1 isn’t a smartphone, but it is smart enough to include a few things as a feature phone, such as a built in voice translator, Xiaomi’s Xiao Ai assistant, mobile hotspot, and even serves as a powerbank for your devices.
The ZMI Z1 will be able to translate in over 17 languages with the help of the Xiao Ai assistant, there’s a built-in 5000mAh battery that can last up to 30 days of standby and 20 hours of mobile hotspot. In terms of network support, ZMI mentions that it is able to support both TDD and FDD LTE bands, and it supports dual SIM 4G standby.
