The Xperia 1 is launching soon with three cameras and Eye AF support

The Sony Xperia 1 is going to be launched next month, and so far the company has already posted a few videos to reveal what the smartphone is capable of.

The last time we talked about the alleged Xperia 1, the image shown was a render made by leaker Evan Blass. However, the real Xperia 1 looks really similar to the render made.

The Xperia 1 is already confirmed to have a 6.5-inch 4K HDR OLED display, and comes with a triple camera setup. With the latest video posted by Sony, the company shared the capabilities of each camera, showcasing some picture samples in the 43-second video.

All three lenses are of 12MP according to the company, but the main camera is a 26mm lens with f/1.6 aperture, the ultra wide-angle camera is a 16mm lens with f/2.4 aperture, whereas the 52mm lens comes with f/2.4 aperture and has OIS support. In addition, the cameras on the Xperia 1 also has Eye AF, which is a feature that no other smartphone has integrated so far.

Other important specs regarding the Xperia 1 includes a Snapdragon 855 chipset, 6GB RAM paired with 128GB storage and 3,330mAh battery with Xperia Adaptive Charging.
