Realme is also hopping on the 5G bandwagon, aiming to release the realme X50 5G as soon as they can.
In a Weibo post by the realme’s CMO, Xu Qi Chase, the new realme device is teased in a poster with a punch-hole display. In addition to that, the display is shown to have two cameras, meaning that the realme x50 5G could be getting dual-front cameras — just like the Samsung Galaxy S10+.
The Weibo post also offers explanation as to how the device gets its name. According to Chase, the X represents the X series where the company inserts all the new technology whereas the number ‘5’ represents the ability of the device to support 5G networks. As for the ‘0’, Chase says it represents the beginning of the new year where the 5G trend will begin.
Just like the Vivo X30 that was teased earlier today, the realme X50 is expected to support dual-mode 5G. However, the rest of its specs is still a mystery.
