OPPO has been teasing a lot about its upcoming smartphone in our mailbox, and we have probably gathered enough of what to expect on the OPPO F9. The next selfie phone from the company will obviously come with a full screen display albeit with a much smaller notch like the Essential Phone, which the company officially claim sot have a 90.8% screen-to-body ratio, there’s also three gradient colors to choose from – Sunrise Red, Twilight Blue and Starry Purple, along with the unique diamond pattern design we are seeing on the F7.
The teaser images of the OPPO F9 also shows waterfall and beaches, despite shaping to show how the phone’s display would look like, it could also suggest that the phone might come with water and dust resistance. Specs of the phone are still scarce, but reports have indicated that the Pro variant of the F9 would come with OPPO’s VOOC charging feature, while we hope that would happen on the standard variant.
OPPO is about to host a media briefing session about the F9 in the coming week, we should expect improvements on the phone’s selfie taking capabilities and a better main camera than the F7.
