The Nokia 6 is unofficially available here for RM1,899

When a certain great smartphone tend to be sold only at certain markets, you got to give it to local retailers like Satu Gadget, as the company will be selling the China exclusive only Nokia 6 Android smartphone, though not at the phone’s intended price tag, you are going to have to pay a premium of RM1,899 for a Snapdragon 430 powered smartphone. The Nokia 6 features 4GB of RAM onboard along with 64GB of memory, it runs on stock Android 7.0 Nougat out of the box and you may have to find a way to load Google apps if you intend to purchase one, since smartphones sold in China don’t come with Google services.

Despite of the not so attractive performance internals, the Nokia 6 does come with some other decent hardware, such as a main 16-megapixel camera with a f/2.0 aperture, an 8-megapixel selfie shooter, a dual speaker setup with Dolby Atmos support and a 3,000mAh battery. If you have the spare cash and want to be a proud owner of the Nokia 6, you can pre-order the phone by visiting Satu Gadget’s website, the estimated arrival date is at 14 February 2017 but do also expect shipments to be done after that as well. Otherwise, we would recommend that you hold off the purchase and wait for HMD Global’s announcement in MWC 2017, which you can probably expect higher end devices meant for international markets.
