Vivo’s sub-brand iQOO made its debut this year and now the brand is ready to launch another edition of its iQOO Neo, the iQOO Neo SD855 Edition.
The iQOO Neo was actually launched a few months back, but the new Neo — as the name suggests — will be equipped with the Snapdragon 855 chipset. Just like the original variant, the iQOO Neo SD855 Edition will feature a 6.38-inch Super AMOLED display with Full HD+ resolution and also sport a waterdrop notch.
In addition, the iQOO Neo SD855 Edition also has similar camera setups. On its front, you’ll get a 12MP selfie camera whereas on its back, you’ll get a 12MP rear camera with an 8MP ultra wide sensor and a 2MP depth sensor. You’ll also be getting up to 8GB RAM paired with up to 256GB storage but unfortunately, it is not expandable.
Previously on the original iQOO Neo, the phone has a 4,500mAh battery that supports 22.5W charging. Now, the new edition will support 33W charging — almost 1.5x faster than previous model. This is definitely more beneficial to gamers who games excessively with their phones.
The iQOO Neo will be launched on October 24 and can already be pre-ordered in China. It will officially go on sale on November 1.
