Insta360 has just unveiled the GO 3, which is its smallest action camera yet that features powerful shooting capabilities, while being able to attach to different kinds of attachments for the wildest action shots that you can ever imagine.
The GO 3 weighs just 35g which you won’t feel a thing when you transport it around, measuring just 1-inches wide and 0.9-inches thick, it has a 5-megapixel f/2.2 sensor that takes up to 2.7K resolution videos at 30 fps and 1080p slow motion videos at 120 fps.
Powered by a 310mAh battery, the Insta360 GO 3 has a runtime of up to 45 minutes on a single charge, and when paired with the Action Pod, it extends the runtime by up to 170 minutes. Interestingly, the Action Pod will also feature a flip screen that allows users to conveniently vlog on the camera.
What makes the Insta360 GO 3 really interesting is the magnetic mounting system, which can be attached to a series of accessories that comes in the box, such as the magnetic pendant accessory that lets you wear the camera like a necklace to take a point of view shot, a Pivot Stand that lets you take videos in multiple angles.
Also, the Insta360 GO 3 is IPX8 waterproof up to 16ft without the Action Pod, while it is IPX4 splash proof when used with the Action Pod.
The Insta360 GO 3 can now be purchased directly at Insta360’s official store with various kits from US$379.99 (RM1773), it is available in storage capacities of 32GB, 64GB and 128GB, its storage isn’t expandable so you will have to make that decision upon purchasing one.
