Huawei Malaysia has just announced that they will be bringing the very limited and rare Porsche Design Huawei Mate RS, which was unveiled during the P20 and P20 Pro launch in France.
The Mate RS retains all the bells and whistles that was seen in the P20 phones, including the camera configuration of 40MP+20MP+8MP. Other than that, it comes equipped with 6-inch 2K OLED screen, Kirin 970 processor, 6GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. Powering the device is a massive 4,000mAh battery which supports Huawei’s SuperCharge. The most unique feature that the Mate RS has is the support of an under display fingerprint sensor that will allow you to unlock the phone by just pressing on the screen. There is also a regular physical fingerprint sensor on the back of the phone which can be used to unlock the phone or access a secure space within the phone.
The Huawei Mate RS will come with a cool price tag of RM6,999 and if that will not leave a dent in your wallet, you will have to act fast as there will be only 200 units in Malaysia when it arrives on 18 May 2018.
