The HONOR 9X is rumoured to arrive on July 23 with a Kirin 810 chipset

The HONOR 9X is coming, and it’s coming sooner than we’d expect. Normally, the HONOR X series appears during September, the HONOR 9X is reported to be released within this month on July 23.

The HONOR 9X is currently expected to have a 6.7-inch panel — much larger than the 8X’s 6.5-inch LCD screen. It will also be sporting a Kirin 810 chipset that is said to be better than Qualcomm’s new Snapdragon 730 processor, making it a strong midrange device.

Apart from that, the HONOR 9X will house a triple rear camera setup; speculations suggest the setup to consist of a 24MP primary camera, an 8MP ultra-wide sensor and 2MP depth sensor. As for the front, the HONOR 9X is expected to be integrated with a pop-up selfie camera that some are guessing to be of 20MP.

That aside, we should be expecting a 3,750mAh battery which is similar to its predecessor. The HONOR 9X is also expected to have at least 4GB RAM paired with 64GB storage. As for its price, the HONOR 9X will probably be around RM1,000.
