Prior to this, the only way to create custom geofilters is an image editing software or Snapchat’s web tool, with the new update, you just need to enter the settings and tap on On-Demand Geofilters to access the new mobile creative studio which offers themes that can be personalised with text, Bitmoji, and stickers. Once you are done with the editing, simply select the location where you would like the filter to appear and set how long will it be available, durations can be set from as short as one hour to as long as 90 days. Creating each filter cost $5.99 and will take one business day for Snap to approve it.
