Samsung smartwatch fans rejoice as Samsung Malaysia has officially announced that the Gear S3 will be making its entry into the Malaysian market on the 8th of December.
Both variants of the Gear S3 will be available in Malaysia of course. The first is the modern Gear S3 classic, the smartwatch that pays homage to the minimalist, elegant styles embodied by traditional timepieces. The other is the Gear S3 frontier, the smartwatch that is built with durable materials that fuse form and function, perfect for the outdoorsman.
While the styles of the Gear S3 are different, the interior components are mostly the same as both watch runs on a dual core 1.0GHz processor, 768MB of RAM, and run on the Tizen-based wearable platform 2.3.1.
Those who purchase the Gear S3 at launch will receive two additional watch straps in different colours as well as a limited edition watch collector box. Both freebies are available while stocks last so you’ll want to get watches ASAP. Both the Gear S3 frontier and Gear S3 classic edition will retail for RM1,399.
