Samsung has officially introduced the Galaxy S25 Edge, it looks very much the same when it was teased during the debut of the Galaxy S25 series earlier this year, with the official numbers of 5.8mm and 163g, it is possibly the slimmest and one of the lightest 6.7-inch phone ever made, the phone also shares the same IP68 durability as its siblings and uses a stronger Gorilla Glass Ceramic 2 shield glass for both its display and back.

Sporting a Dynamic AMOLED 2x display that pushes QHD+ resolution at 120Hz, the Galaxy S25 Edge is a powerful device that uses the same Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy chip as the other S25 siblings, it comes with 12GB RAM and up to 512GB of storage, battery capacity is 3900mAh with support for 25W wired and 15W wireless charging.

The Galaxy S25 Edge features a dual camera setup with the main 200MP sensor brought over from the Galaxy S25 Ultra, its secondary camera is a 12MP ultrawide with a large sensor. Although it lacks a telephoto camera, the phone still offers a 2x optical zoom through the main camera by cropping into the sensor.

The phone has a 12MP front camera for selfies and video calls.

The Galaxy S25 Edge is available in three color options of Titanium Silver, Titanium Jetblack and Titanium Iceblue, prices start at US$1099 (~RM4758) for the 256GB storage model.

At this time of writing, Samsung Malaysia hasn’t announced local availability and pricing so stay tuned for that.
