Samsung may be the first to release a 5G tablet

Samsung might just be the first one to release a 5G tablet as news suggest the flagship Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 to come in a 5G version.

The Galaxy Tab S6 5G already has an official online support page in addition to its Bluetooth SIG and Wi-Fi Alliance certifications. What’s more exciting is that the tablet will arrive before the end of March next year because there’s a recent promotion poster that included the device in its list of promotions — labeled as “coming soon”.

The promotion will run until March 30, 2020, so it’s safe to assume that the device may debut pretty soon. As Samsung uses a similar image for the Galaxy Tab S6 and the 5G version of it, there’s no reason to doubt that they’ll be designed differently.

The Galaxy Tab S6 5G will probably also sport a 10.5-inch Super AMOLED display with an in-display fingerprint reader and come with the Snapdragon 855 chipset. The only addition might be the integration of the X50 5G modem, and perhaps an increase in storage if Samsung finds it necessary.
