Samsung leaks the Galaxy Watch on their own website

It has been a long time since we last saw a new Samsung smartwatch with the current one being the Gear S3 which has just received an update that helps with its heating issues and better battery life. However, people are waiting for the next latest and greatest smartwatch from the company and it looks like we have a glimpse of it leaked by the company itself.

Cnet first spotted the watch on Samsung’s website and it also shows the 42mm rose gold version as well as the model number which was previously reported for the WiFi variant of the watch. It borrows a lot of its design elements from the Gear S2, especially its rounded design rather than the squarish design that was seen in the Gear S3. Other than that, they also maintained the design of the rubber strap with grip lines running through the band for extra grip especially if you are working out with the watch. The watch face still retains the classic watch look as well as the buttons on the side with the addition of a sub-dial on the Rose Gold version.

Sadly, they did not share anything else other than just the images of the watch. We should know more about these watches during the Samsung Unpacked Event that will happen on 9 August 2018, where they will be showing the Galaxy Note 9 as well.
