Samsung launches the CFG70 Curved Gaming Monitor

Those looking to get a gaming monitor will now have an additional option to consider as Samsung has just launched its new CFG70 Curved Gaming Monitor.

Samsung’s CFG70 monitor comes in 24″ and 27″ models and is the first gaming monitor in Samsung’s catalogue to come with Quantum Dot technology that can be found on Samsung’s televisions. The monitor itself features a 125 percent sRGB spectrum as well as a 3,000:1 contrast ratio.

For the gaming side of things, the CFG70 sports an advanced motion blur reduction technology with its VA panel as well as a 1ms moving picture response time (MPRT) that reduces display transitions between moving and animated objects, allowing it to eliminate ghosting. Furthermore, the CFG70 features AMD’s FreeSync Technology that allows AMD graphics cards to synchronize with the monitor’s 144Hz refresh rate. For those who would like to personally customize their monitors, the CFG70 has a user-friendly gaming UX that allows for easier customization.

The 24″ CFG70 will retail for RM1,699 while the 27″ variant will retail for RM2,099. The first 100 customers who preorder the monitor through Lazada from the 19th until the 26th of January will be able to net themselves a free gift from Samsung that is worth RM264.
