Equipped with the nanoscale semiconductors known as Quantum Dots, the Samsung’s 2016 SUHD TVs offer the most astounding true-to-life picture quality for a completely immersive, cinematic experience in the comfort of your won living room. With this particular technology, the TVs will be able to express a more delicate colour expression than conventional TVs, giving users the ability to see the various shades of colours a convention TV cannot showcase.
Quantum Dot aside, the design of the 2016 SUHD TVs is also worth a mention. Samsung has introduced the world’s first bezel-less Curved TV in the form of its KS9800KXXM model. Sporting an ultra slim form factor and a complete lack of bezel, the curved KS9800KXXMis able to provide a more immersive viewing experience, all while featuring a design that looks stunning from any angle.
Powering Samsung’s SUHD TVs is the Smart Hub. Powered by Tizen OS, the Smart Hub allows for quick and easy navigation through content by integrating diverse content such as broadcasting programs, internet video services and games, as well as the default menu all o the screen. Furthermore, the TV is capable of automatically recognizing the type of set-top box, game console, OTT box or home theater system that is connected to the TV, allowing you to fully control the TV and all of its devices via the Smart Control remote.
Samsung’s 2016 SUHD TVs are now available for purchase. The flat screen KS7000KXXM range has a starting price of RM 5,999, the curved screen KS7500KXXM range has a starting price of RM 9,999, the KS9000KXXM begins at RM 21,999, while the flagship KS9800KXXM will cost you a whopping RM 99,999.
