Samsung Galaxy S21 series specs sheet leaked

We’re already expecting the Samsung Galaxy S21 series to launch earlier than usual on January 2021, but its specs sheet have been revealed recently by Android Police.

Samsung downgraded the phones’ screens

According to the specs sheet, the Galaxy S21 has a 6.2-inch FHD+ screen; the Galaxy S21+ has a 6.7-inch FHD+ screen; and the Galaxy S21 Ultra has a 6.8-inch WQHD+ screen. This means that Samsung has slightly reduced the display size of the ultra variant and downgraded the resolution of the S21 and S21+.

Camera wise, the Galaxy S21 Ultra will be using a 108MP main lens paired with a 12MP ultra-wide lens and two 10MP lenses. On the other hand, the Galaxy S21 and S21+ has a similar camera setup —  two 12MP lenses for its wide and ultra wide shots and another 64MP for telephoto shots.

These phones will also come with 5G connectivity and run on One UI 3.1, no surprises there. They will be equipped with either a Snapdragon 875 chip or an Exynos 2100 chip, but we should be expecting the latter in Malaysia. The battery size is similar to their predecessors, except for the Galaxy S21+ that now comes with a 4,800mAh battery.

Although the authenticity of these specs cannot be 100% guaranteed, Android Police said that these specs have been “confirmed through multiple sources”. They have also seen the official press renders of the devices, but are unable to reveal them to protect their sources.
