If you’re one of the few who still refuses to part with their Note 7, here’s a PSA made just for you. Multiple aircrafts around the world have begun banning the Note 7 from their flights outright. This means that if you have a Note 7 in your pocket or luggage, you’re not getting on board the flight.

Previously, some airlines applied a soft ban on the Note 7, forbidding passengers from using the phone while in flight. Today, numerous airlines have expressly stated that the Note 7 will not be allowed in both checked bags or carry-on luggage.

So far, Singapore Airlines, Qantas, Emirates, Virgin Atlantic, All Nippon Airwats and Air New Zealand are among the international airlines that have issued a ban on the Note 7. Local carriers are also following suit, as AirAsia and Malaysia Airlines have both stated that the Note 7 will not be allowed on board.

With Malaysia finally getting its first case of an exploding Note 7, we would like to remind you to return your Note 7 for either a full refund or an S7. Playing Russian Roulette with a smartphone is not exactly a smart thing to do.
