Samsung Galaxy A52s 5G launched with AMOLED 120Hz display and Snapdragon 778G

Samsung has just launched the Galaxy A52s 5G in the UK and it’s quite the impressive mid-ranger.

The phone packs a 6.5-inch Super AMOLED screen that pushes a 120Hz refresh rate; there’s also a 32MP selfie camera housed in a punch-hole notch right in the middle of the top portion of the screen.

For imaging, you a 64MP main lens which is accompanied by a 12MP ultrawide shooter, a 5MP macro lens, and a 5MP depth sensor.

Under the hood, the Galaxy A52s 5G comes with a Snapdragon 778G chipset along with up to 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB of internal storage.

Powering all this is a 4,500mAh battery along with support for up to 15W of fast charging; this is a bit of a downgrade from the 25W that the original Galaxy A52 had.

The phone is priced from EUR 410 (about RM2,036); there’s no word on when this device will arrive in Malaysia, but the official price here should be cheaper than that in the UK due to the existence of VAT there.
