Three months into 2020 and Samsung has already introduced a host of smartphones – the Galaxy S20 series, the Galaxy Z Flip, the Galaxy A71 and Galaxy A51 series; at this point I’m starting to lose count.

But don’t get me wrong, they’re really good phones and offer a lot for their respective prices – but you just know that Samsung wants to dominate every segment of the smartphone market; and this time around, they’re attempting to command the budget segment with the all-new Galaxy A41.

It sits just below the Galaxy A51 and is an improvement over the Galaxy A40 . It packs a Mediatek Helio P65 chipset along with 4GB RAM and 64GB internal storage. Yeah, budget alright.

As with all Samsungs, what this offers instead of mind-blowing hardware is the Korean’s ever-stunning displays – this one is packed with a 6.1-inch FHD+ Super AMOLED panel with a familiar drop notch design.

For imaging, it’s got three lenses – a 48MP main shooter, an 8MP ultrawide lens, and a 5MP depth sensor. They’re housed in a familiar vertical rectangular module instead of a square that Samsung seems to be gunning for with their phones this year. For selfies, you get a 25MP front camera too.

The phone is powered with a 3,500mAh battery with support of up to 15W fast charge and comes with iP68 dust and water resistance.

Three colours are available – blue, white and black; no official sale date and pricing has been announced yet, but we’ll be sure to keep you updated when we get more information.
