Samsung Galaxy A22 launched with 5G-enabled MediaTek Dimensity 700 chip

If you’re in the market for a 5G smartphone that won’t break the bank, you’ll be glad to know that the Samsung Galaxy A22 has been launched and it’s priced at just RM999. 

The phone is equipped with a 5G-enabled MediaTek Dimensity 700 chipset; along with are 8GB of RAM and up to 128GB of internal storage. Powering the device is a hefty 5,000mAh battery, and there’s support for 15W of fast charging. 

The Galaxy A22 comes with a 6.6-inch FHD+ TFT display that pushes a 90Hz refresh rate. For imaging, you get a 48MP main lens, a 5MP ultrawide shooter, and a 2MP depth sensor at the back; while for selfies you get a standard 8MP shooter.  

In terms of colours, your options include Grey, Mint, and Violet – you can purchase the phone via the brand’s e-store, or official Lazada and Shopee pages.
