Samsung has officially announced the launch of Samsung Browser for Windows, bringing its mobile browsing experience to PC for the first time, complete with seamless cross-device continuity and new agentic AI features designed to simplify how users interact with the web.
With this move, Samsung is expanding its ecosystem beyond smartphones, allowing users to enjoy a more unified browsing experience across devices.
Seamless Browsing Across Mobile and PC
One of the key highlights of Samsung Browser for Windows is its ability to bridge the gap between mobile and desktop usage. Users can seamlessly continue browsing sessions between their smartphone and PC, going beyond basic sync features like bookmarks and history.
This means users can pick up exactly where they left off on a webpage when switching devices, creating a smoother and more connected browsing workflow. Samsung Pass integration further enhances convenience by allowing users to securely autofill login credentials and personal information across devices.
Agentic AI Brings Smarter Browsing

Samsung is also introducing a new AI-powered assistant within the browser, developed in collaboration with Perplexity, bringing agentic AI capabilities directly into the browsing experience.
The browser is designed to understand natural language, as well as the context of webpages and user activity across tabs, enabling more intuitive interactions without needing to leave the browser.
Users can ask the browser to perform tasks such as generating travel plans based on the content they are viewing, summarising information, or organising ideas in a structured format. This transforms the browser from a passive tool into an active assistant.
Faster Search and Smarter Navigation

Samsung Browser enhances traditional search by allowing users to query information using natural language, reducing the need to manually browse through multiple pages.
It also extends its intelligence to video content, enabling users to jump directly to specific moments within a video without manually scrubbing through timelines.
Another useful feature is natural language search for browsing history, allowing users to find previously visited pages simply by describing what they were looking at, instead of relying on keywords or timestamps.
Multi-Tab Intelligence for Better Productivity
The browser can also analyse and compare information across multiple tabs simultaneously, summarising key points into a single view. This makes it easier for users to compare products, research topics or gather insights without constantly switching between tabs.
Availability
Samsung Browser for Windows will be available on devices running Windows 10 (version 1809 and above) and Windows 11.
However, its new agentic AI features are currently limited to South Korea and the United States, with Samsung expected to expand availability to more markets, including Malaysia, in the future.
With Samsung Browser now available on Windows, the company is further strengthening its ecosystem play, offering users a smarter and more seamless browsing experience across both mobile and desktop platforms.
