Xiaomi recently announced a bigger storage variant for the Redmi 9C; now, users can get the 4GB + 128GB model at RM499. This is only one of the two new announcements – Xiaomi also introduced a new colour variant for the Redmi Note 10S.
Redmi 9C will have three storage options now
Previously, the Redmi 9C is only available in two variants – 2GB + 32GB or 4GB + 64GB. Now, those who are looking for a bigger storage can also get the new option that is still pretty affordable.
The Redmi 9C is a budget pone with a huge 6.53-inch display and it also has a large 5,000mAh battery. It is powered by the MediaTek Helio G35 chip and has a 13MP triple camera on the rear.
On the front, you get a Dot Drop display that houses the 5MP selfie camera. This phone also comes with AI face unlock, but you can always use the fingerprint sensor on the back if you’re not a fan of face unlock. For those who are still using wired earphones, the phone comes with a 3.5mm headphone jack.
Where to get it
The Redmi 9C is available in Midnight Gray, Sunrise Orange and Twilight Blue. You can get it from August 3 onwards at any Authorised Mi Stores and official retailers.
