It’s safe to say that the year 2020 will be one filled with 5G smartphones; this includes realme who’s ready to release the realme X50 5G on January 7, 2020.

Set to launch in Beijing, China, the realme X50 5G will support dual-channel Wi-Fi and also 5G network for increased network speed. It will also be equipped with the new Snapdragon 765G chipset that is currently spotted in the Redmi K30 5G.

Apart from that, the realme X50 5G is reported to feature a dual-camera setup on its 6.44-inch Super AMOLED display with a punch=hole mechanism. We are expecting a 60MP main lens paired with an 8MP ultra-wide camera and another two 2MP sensors on its rear, while its front will be a 32MP sensor coupled with an 8MP ultra-wide or depth sensor.

Some parties also believe that the phone will sport 12GB RAM and 256GB storage, in addition to a battery of at least 4,000mAh that supports enhanced VOOC 4.0 Flash Charge. The recently teased realme Buds Air is also predicted to launch alongside the X50 5G on January 7.
