Realme Malaysia now offers both online and offline 360 degree after-sales service support

Realme has just announced that it now offers 360 degree after sales support. With a click of a button on its website, Realme fans can easily find an authorized service centre in Malaysia for software and hardware solutions and maintenance of all Realme devices.

experiences and value to improve overall satisfaction for Malaysian fans. By providing 360 degree support, we hope that this will provide further trust in the brand by showcasing our
strength in the after sales service, as well as ensuring that current customers are taken care off too. Additionally, as Realme authorized OPPO to offer the after-sale service, we are also thankful for the strong support from OPPO,” said Tiffany Teh, Brand Manager of Realme
Malaysia.

Realme users are now able to reach out and receive support for Realme devices in various ways, one of it is as simple as dropping an email to service.my@realme.com, other than that, Realme users can also call the hotline number at 1-800-81-8018, however the hotline is only available from 9AM to 6PM every day except on Sunday and public holidays. If users would like to acquire assistance via offline, they can visit any of the 21 authorized service centers offer various kinds of services including help desk, device inspection and software updates. Realme users may find the locations of all of the Realme’s after-sales service centers on the Realme website. Last but not least, Realme users can also reach out to Realme Malaysia via Facebook and Instagram pages or e-commerce sites for after-sales service support.
