The realme 5i has finally debuted in Malaysia, making it the fourth member of the popular realme 5 series.
The realme 5i is the first phone realme is launching in Malaysia this year, while its three other siblings have been launched in 2019, the latest being the realme 5s that was launched just a month ago. In fact, it shares many similarities with the realme 5 – a 5,000mAh battery and a quad-camera setup consisting of a 12MP main sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide lens, a 2MP macro lens and another 2MP portrait lens.
The realme 5i does have its differences though; with a 6.5-inch HD+ display, it has a higher screen-to-body ratio and a smaller notch. It also comes in different colour options — Aqua Blue and Forest Green. On its rear, the realme 5i has a new design that comes with anti-fingerprint surface. On the front, it has an 8MP camera.
That aside, the realme 5i is powered by a Snapdragon 665 AIE processor and has 4GB RAM paired with 64GB storage. Its 5,000mAh battery also supports 10W charging and reverse charging.
The realme 5i will be available for RM599 on January 28 at 12AM on Lazada, but you can also purchase it offline from January 18 onwards.
