Razer’s DeathAdder gaming mouse is about to get a major update as the gaming peripheral company has just announced the all new DeathAdder Elite gaming mouse.
This isn’t just an RGB-themed DeathAdder of course, as Razer has made some significant upgrades to the DeathAdder’s performance. For one, the DeathAdder Elite will come with Razer’s all new 5G Optical Sensor. This sensor is capable of tracking up to 16,000 dots per inch (DPI) at 450 inches per second (IPS). The DeathAdder Elite also has the highest measured resolution accuracy (RA) ever recorded in a gaming mouse at 99.4 percent, making this one of the fastest, most sensitive and most accurate gaming mouse in the market.
Sensors aren’t the only thing that has been improved upon as the DeathAdder Elite will be the first mouse to utilise Razer’s Mechnical Mouse Switches. Co-designed and produced with Omron, these new switches are optimized for the fastest response times, and also helps with the durability of the DeathAdder Elite, allowing it to last for up to 50 million clicks. Despite the improvements made to the DeathAdder Elite, the mouse retains the familiar DeathAdder look and size, and it’ll even sport Chroma technology, allowing you to customise its lighting.
The DeathAdder Elite will be made available next month with a retail price of USD69.99. If you wish to pre-order the mouse, you can do so here.
