Possible OnePlus 5 teaser on company’s recent tweet

The OnePlus 5 is probably the next device to look out for since most major manufacturers out there have launched their respective flagships. The company posted a tweet in conjunction with May the 4th and it might or might not have teased subtle images of the upcoming flagship with the tweet.

A couple of days back on the 4th of May, OnePlus has tweeted the famous Star Wars reference “May the 4th be with you”, which refers to “May the force be with you”. Along with the tweet is an image of the number 4 with two light sabers crossed on top. If you took a closer look at the light sabers, you’ll realize that they are actually the side views of a OnePlus smartphone. It is possible that the phones might turn out to be of the OnePlus 5, but it is rather hard to make that out.

Look carefully and you’ll discover that the phone only sports a single camera bump, which might make it the OnePlus 3T, since it contradicts with recent rumors of the OnePlus 5 having a dual camera setup. Other rumors include a 5.5-inch display in either 1080p or 2K resolution, the high end Snapdragon 835 processor with 6GB of RAM. The OnePlus flagship is tipped to make its appearance in late June or later.
