Oppo has introduced the upgrade of the R17 with the Oppo R17 Pro and it no just a small upgrade, the company threw everything at this phone, they even placed three cameras on the back of the phone.
The R17 Pro comes with a 6.4-inch AMOLED and is equipped with the Snapdragon 710 processor, 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. The front comes with what Oppo is calling the Waterdrop notch which was seen in the Oppo F9. The back comes with a 20MP sensor with OIS, 12MP sensor and a 3D Stereo Camera lens which is used for AR. There is no obvious fingerprint sensor as they opted for an in-display fingerprint sensor. Oppo has taken an interesting approach on the battery, it comes with two batteries each being 1850mAh, totalling up to 3700mAh. This allows charging of 40% in just 10 minutes which is also thanks to Super VOOC fast charge technology.
The Oppo R17 Pro will come with the same twilight-like colour that was seen on the Huawei P20 phones, there is no pricing or availability as of yet, we should know more information in the coming days.
