Oppo has been doing pretty well with the R9s alone this year, and now the company is keeping the momentum of its best selling smartphone by announcing a Green Edition, which looks very much inspired from the Huawei P10’s Pantone Green color and will be made available in mid August. Previously, the Oppo R9s is made available in special colors of Red and Black, which was very well received in the market.
A quick specs recap, the Oppo R9s is powered by a Snapdragon 625 processor, alongside with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage, it sports an extremely capable 16-megapixel main camera with a f/1.7 aperture, while having a 16-megapixel front facing camera for high resolution selfies. Furthermore, the R9s features the company’s VOOC Quick Charging technology that charges up your phone to 70% within 30 minutes according to our tests, back in our Oppo R9s review we also found it to be an extremely power saving device.
Like its previous limited color models, the Oppo R9s should be priced the same as the standard model at RM1,798.
