If you own a dog or cat with long hair or double coat that lives indoors, chances are you might be spending a lot of time cleaning up your house and sending them to the groomer more often, hence you might be on the hunt for a good pet grooming vacuum cleaner that not only makes your pet look good but also reduce mess at home.
I have been a long-time user of the Oneisall Pet Vacuum LM2 for close to two years, compared to many other pet vacuums I have surveyed in the market, it offers the most complete set of tools that you will need to self-groom your pet at home, and now that it starts at an even lower price tag of US$99 (RM438) as compared to US$130 previously, there’s even more reasons for any pet owner to get it.
The Oneisall Pet Vacuum LM2 is a very compact device and comes with a large 1.5L dustbin, it comes with a removable hose and seven attachments, along with six guide combs that can be used with the clipper.
Oneisall is kind enough to provide a nice cloth storage bag and a tray for placing the attachments, which is really convenient for keeping them away if you aren’t using the pet vacuum.
If I have to nitpick, the pet vacuum could do with a detachable power cord or better cable management, though I love that it is 2.5 meters long, it would be nice if they had used a two-pin connector as I can easily replace if it breaks someday.
The pet vacuum is very easy to operate, you simply press the power button to turn on and the fan button to increase suction power, it consumes maximum 300W of power and noise levels are well under 60dB, which should intimidate your pet.
The deshedding comb is my most frequently used tool for removing my Corgi’s under coat, the brush isn’t too sharp unlike some others that can cause pain and red skin on your dog, there is a button on the handle that you just push and press, and it goes into the pet vacuum.
For cats and dogs with long hair, the grooming hair tool will do the job in keeping your pet’s fur looking shiny and tidy, it has rounded bristles to not cause pain and unnecessary tangle to your pet’s hair.
The most interesting tool is the electric clipper, as the default trimming attachment can be detached and be swapped to the paw trimmer or nail grinder attachment, the device is battery-operated and charges over the USB-C port, which is very convenient.
Since grooming your dog will no doubt create some mess, the pet vacuum also comes with a cleaning brush and crevice tool for light cleaning tasks.
Maintaining the pet vacuum requires very minimal effort, there is a black sponge that filters large particles while a HEPA filter manages small particles and odour, which I usually wash and replace every month, but it also depends on how frequently you groom your dog, once it starts wearing out and look dirty, just order a new one directly from Oneisall.
Over the past 2 years, the Oneisall Pet Vacuum LM2 has saved me countless trips to the groomer and savings on grooming my Corgi, but most importantly, it has helped significantly reduce mess and under coat at my house, which leads to less tedious cleaning everyday.
The Oneisall Pet Vacuum LM2 can be purchased here and comes with a 2-year warranty.
