Nokia 8, the most powerful phone from the Finnish company has finally landed on our shores and it comes with the latest Snapdragon processor to keep up with all your mobile needs. The phone, similar to its siblings, is also made from a single block of aluminium which feels really nice and looks sleek and premium.
Most of what we wrote about the phone has been confirmed as it comes with a Snapdragon 835 processor, 4GB of LPDDR4X RAM and Android 7.1.1 stock experience straight out of the box. The screen is a 5.3-inch screen IPS LCD screen and 64GB of storage expandable to 256GB via microSD card. The build of the phone is where it gets interesting as the internals are cooled using shielded copper pipe that dissipates heat generated by the powerful components.
The phone will also support Qualcomm’s QuickCharge 3.0 to get the phone charged back up so you can keep using the phone in just a couple of minutes. As we mentioned before, the Nokia 8 has OZO Audio which allows you to record sounds in 360 degrees spatial sound which adds more immersion to your videos.
Another of its features is the Dual-Sight mode which allows you to use the front and back camera at the same time to record videos and take pictures so you are sure that you and your friends can have a shot together even if you are behind the camera.
Speaking of cameras, Nokia has once again partnered up with Carl Zeiss to produce the dual 13MP camera on the back and the single 13MP camera on the front, so you know your pictures will have good details when it used.
There is also the Nokia Active Wireless Headsets which matches perfectly with the Nokia 8 and it is dust, water, and sweat proof. Aside from that, Nokia is also providing a range of accessories like portable speakers, in-car chargers, cases and screen protectors to complement this powerful device.The Nokia 8 will come in four colours, Polished Blue, Polished Copper, Tempered Blue and Steel, it will retail for RM2,299.
