Its an exciting time for gamers as MSI has refreshed its gaming laptop family with NVIDIA’s new GeForce RTX Super graphics and Intel’s 10th Gen H-Series processors, while at the same time unveiling the new GS66 Stealth gaming laptop.
The GS66 Stealth continues to be MSI’s crown jewel when it comes to slim laptops, as it now features a 300Hz refresh rate display and 99.9Whr battery, gamers will be able to notice a significant boost in battery life while enjoying improved performance.
The GS66 Stealth features a new design that MSI calls it the “Core Black” theme, taking on the low-key and minimalist design of the GS series. Weighing at 2.1kg, the GS66 Stealth is slightly heavier than the GS65 Stealth due to its increased battery size, it features a new Cooler Boost Trinity+ cooling system with 0.1mm thin air blades that ensures a consistent performance.
MSI GS66 Stealth Specs and Price in Malaysia
Three configurations will be offered and MSI is equipping all of them with an 8-core Intel Core i9-10980HK processor that has a turbo frequency of 5.3GHz per core, up to RTX 2080 Super with Max-Q Design graphics, 2TB of NVMe SSD and 32GB of DDR4-2666MHz RAM.
The MSI GS66 Stealth will retail from RM8,399 to RM16,999 in Malaysia.
On a side note, MSI has also refreshed the GT, GE, GP and GF series with 10th Gen Intel Comet Lake-H processors, while the former two will definitely be equipped with RTX Super graphics, we still do not have the official specs for these series that will be sold in MSI Malaysia, however do expect them to feature very similar designs to the existing models and they should pop up in retail channels soon.
