Morganfield's debuts new mobile application

Morganfield’s, the restaurant that specializes in barbeque ribs, is serving up something in the digital space today as the restaurant has launched its own mobile application. 

Available on both the Apple App Store and Google Play, the Morganfield’s app would allow you browse through the menu and prices, reserve a table at a store of their choosing, rate their overall experience in Morganfield’s, and link to the brand’s social media platforms. The app will also work as a Loyalty Card of sorts, allowing users to receive a stamp should they spend RM 100 per visit. Once they receive a certain number of stamps, they would be able to redeem various food items, beers and exclusive merchandise, including a free Ribs Sampl3r Platter worth RM 219.90. 

“We are a relatively young company, but already we have tens of thousdands of fans on social media, so we certainly recognise the importance of technology in our business. Guests today want to be part of the conversation, and be able to ‘communicate’ with the brand from their smartphones. With this application, we are able to engage with our customers and connect with them on a personal level,” says Dr Jeffrey Goh Sim Ik, Founder and Group Chief Executive Officer of Morganfield’s.
