This is happening too often in between – Microsoft has alerted Windows 10 users of wormable vulnerabilities in their un-patched systems and have compared it to the infamous BlueKeep vulnerability – it was so notorious that has its own Wikipedia page; how crazy is that.
Like BlueKeep, this problem now resides in the Remote Desktop Services function and allows attackers remote injection of malware onto an infected device without the interaction from the user.
The Windows versions infected besides Windows 10 include Windows 7 SP1, Windows 8.1, and Windows Server 2008, 2012 and 2012 R2. The main concern of course is with Windows 10 it’s the current generation of the Windows OS.
