Nintendo has finally released an official date to bring Mario Kart Tour to iOS and Android devices — September 25.
Nintendo already made its plan clear to bring the game to iOS and Android devices about a year and a half ago and once it’s launched, it will be free to try. However, 9to5mac mentioned that it will be similar to Super Mario Run whereby players will need in-app purchases after a certain level to continue playing.
Mario Kart Tour was originally set to launch by March this year, but it has obviously passed its expected launch date. Nevertheless, Mario fans can begin pre-ordering the free app on both Play Store and App Store.
If you remember, iOS 13 will also come with support for Xbox One S and PS4 controllers, so once your iPhones are updated with the latest software and you have the controllers, Mario Kart Tour could be more fun to play.
