Leica Q arrived in Malaysia

Today Leica announced their latest additional camera into their family – Leica Q which has a full-frame sensor, principally high-speed and classic focal length prime lens. By using Leica Summilux 28 mm f/1.7 ASPH lens and this makes it ideal for available light situations and has an angle of view that reproduces scenes with natural perspectives and proportions.

The Leica Q has a combination with a 24MP, full-frame CMOS sensor precisely matched to its lens and capable to reach extremely low noise in optimum quality at ISO sensitives up to 50,000, but still able to capture every single detailed exposures. The camera offers even more creative opportunities – alternative subject framing can be chosen with a press of the button. Besides that, you can choose a focal length between a 28 mm at full resolution, 35 and 50mm to receive comparable image quality.

Other than that, there will be some premium bags and cases are available for the Leica Q that include – an ever-ready case, a holster, a protector and a day bag. In addition, there will be a leather strap, battery, charger and some manual for the camera. You are also able to purchase a Leica SF 26 flash, a handgrip, tabletop and travel tripods and a selection of ball heads.

The Leica Q will be available soon onwards at all Leica Stores and Leica Boutique located at Avenue K, Starhill Gallery and Suria Sabah. The price tag for this camera is RM 16,900 inclusive GST.
