While everyone has been talking about foldable smartphones, another company has decided to join the foldable trend and surprisingly, it’s Lego.
It seems like the company is only aiming to poke fun at Samsung as they recently posted a tweet that reveals a picture of a Pop-Up Book set called Lego Fold. While it’s definitely just lego pieces that cannot function like a smartphone, the company is definitely marketing the Lego Fold like how Samsung did the Galaxy Fold.
In the tweet, the company talked about the Lego’s “display” which is in actual fact just the exterior that is bigger than the Samsung Galaxy Fold both in its folded and unfolded form. The folded Lego Fold measures at 5 inches whereas the Samsung Galaxy Fold measures at 4.6 inches, and in its tablet form the Galaxy Fold has a 7.3-inch display while the Lego Fold has an 11-inch surface of its story book.

Lego also said that the Lego Fold is made “for endless creative play that never runs out of battery”, since it’s not an actual device.
But in all seriousness, the Lego Fold is an actual pop-up book that will only cost you $69.99 compared to the Galaxy Fold’s price tag of $1,980. It’s also already available for purchase, and with this book, you’ll get to enjoy two classic fairy tales.
