We have more information on the new processor that Intel and AMD are working together to release. The new Core H CPU will be using Intel processors with will be integrated with AMD GPUs and are targeted at gamers on the move.
Nothing is confirmed at this point but benchmarks show a quad-core Kaby Lake G processors that come as the Core i7-8705G and i7-8809G, both also have the same base clock of 3.1GHz and boost to 4.1GHz. On the AMD section of the processor, it comes with Radeon graphics with 24 compute units and 1,536 stream processors, 4GBÂ of HBM2 memory and the GPU is clocked at 1000MHz for the lower end variant and 1190MHz for the high-end variant. This will offer 3.3TFlops of computing power which is half of the Xbox One X’s power and close to the PlayStation 4 Pro’s power. In the benchmark for Ashes of Singularity, the lower-end model managed 53 FPS at low graphics and 33 FPS at high graphics.
The details of these chips and benchmarks are still not conclusive as they are still prototype chips and they might vary when the final product comes out. However, based on these results, it looks like both the processors are looking to be chips that will pump out some really decent power once they officially release
