If you are on Apple’s iOS Public Beta program, your iOS device should probably received iOS 12.1 by now, and apart from some usual bug fixes and performance enhancements, Apple has introduced over 70 new Emojis on this update, notable ones include the Moon Cake, Red Gift Envelope (Angpow) and Nazar Amulet, which is quite in conjunction with the recent Mid Autumn Festival and the next Chinese New Year.

Other new emojis include softball, frisbee and lacrosse for sports fans, there’s also new characters for luggage, compass, and a hiking boot to accompany the existing climbing emoji, and new animal characters such as the llama, mosquito, swan and raccoon, kangaroo, lobster, parrot and peacock as previewed on World Emoji Day.

Apple will make these emojis available on upcoming software updates for macOS and watchOS in time to come, if you can’t wait for that official software update to arrive, simply sign up for Apple’s Public Beta program here.
