Looks like we finally have a physical image of what the Huawei P20 will look like. Prior to this, we only saw digital renders from @OnLeaks which shows some really impressive design choices Huawei has gone with, but thanks to a Spanish tech site, there are now images of what the phone will look like from a person who has the physical device.
The source has indicated that the P20 will come with a notch on the top, it is smaller than the iPhone X’s notch but will still be able to do facial recognition. It also houses the earpiece and another sensor and signal bar, time, battery and notifications will be on either side. The Spanish tech site also mentions that it comes with a 5.8-inch screen with an 18:9 aspect ratio with dimensions of 148 x 71 x 7.2mm.
The back will be covered with glass and a verticle dual-camera setup will be present alongside the fingerprint sensor. On the bottom, you will find a Type-C connector, 3.5mm headphone jack and the speaker. On the right side sits the power button, volume rocker and the left is the SIM tray which can hold two SIMs or one SIM and a microSD card.
Based on previous rumours, it comes with a Kirin 970 chip, 4GB of RAM, 32GB of storage and comes with Android 8.0 out of the box. Huawei will hold a dedicated launch event on March 27, where they will reveal their next generation flagship devices.
