The Mate 30 series isn’t HUAWEI’s last smartphones for the year as the company plans to release the Y9s in Malaysia soon.
The HUAWEI Y9s will be sporting a 6.59-inch Ultra FullView display with FHD+ support and no notch. Instead of a rear-mounted fingerprint, the device will be sporting a side-mounted fingerprint which is also its power button that can wake its voice assistant.
Under the hood, the phone is powered by the improved Kirin 710F chipset that has better CPU and GPU performance. The HUAWEI Y9s is also integrated with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage and it can be expanded up to 512GB storage, in addition to sporting a 4,000mAh battery.
Apart from that, the HUAWEI Y9s has a 48MP triple camera setup coupled with an 8MP ultra wide lens and a 2MP depth sensor while on the front, the device holds a 16MP selfie camera.
