HUAWEI might be ending this year with the new MediaPad M6 — assuming that there’s no more surprise coming our way.
The MediaPad M6 is HUAWEI’s latest flagship tablet that comes with a 10.8-inch 2K Crystal Display. If we’re being completely honest, it does resemble the rumored HUAWEI MatePad Pro that has been compared to the 2018 iPad Pro.
Apart from its premium display, HUAWEI also added in Harmon Kardon tuning with its quad stereo speakers sound system. This tablet can also be used with HUAWEI’s M-Pen Lite stylus and magnetic keyboard, so it’s portable and convenient for those who need to work and travel often. As it comes with the Kirin 980 chipset and has 4GB RAM paired with 64GB or 128GB storage, the MediaPad M6 is perfectly capable of carrying out daily work tasks and casual gaming. Furthermore, the MediaPad M6 ships with the latest EMUI 10.0 based on Android 10.
As with all tablets, the camera isn’t really the main focus so don’t be expecting a 48MP camera or a quad camera setup. This tablet stays practical with its 8MP front camera and 13MP rear camera, an adequate camera setup for the average consumer. Despite having a large 7,500mAh battery, the MediaPad M6 only needs around 2.5 hours to fully charge. According to HUAWEI, the battery life can last about 11 hours for video playback and 75 hours for audio playback.
The HUAWEI MediaPad M6 10.8” can be purchased starting December 20, 2019 from RM1,899 with free gifts such as the M-Pen Lite and a smart leather case with keyboard worth RM568. Grab it fast because the free gifts are only available while stocks last.
