HUAWEI is rumoured to be launching a tablet with a punch-hole display called MatePad Pro and you know what it reminds us of? Apple’s latest iPad Pro.
According to renders revealed by 91mobiles, the MatePad Pro is like an iPad Pro’s twin, except that it has a punch-hole display. The bezels are of equal size, the device will come with USB Type-C port, and it will also support the company’s smart magnetic keyboard and the M-Pen stylus.
However, unlike the iPad Pro, the MatePad Pro is probably going for an in-display fingerprint sensor instead of a face recognition system, and it might still come with a 3.5mm headphone jack like the MediaPad M6. 91mobiles also reported that it should come with flagship specs like the latest Kirin 990 chipset up to 8GB RAM and up to 256GB storage.
The HUAWEI MatePad Pro will be available in black and white. We’re expecting a 2020 launch since the MediaPad M6 was just launched a few months back.
